Where do the birds go when it is windy?

The weather has been windy lately.
When it is windy, I do not know where the birds go…

I’ve been a little disheartened lately with my bird photography. Partly due to the lack of birds, but also due to the lack of sharpness in some of my shots. For every good photo I take, there are at least 20 or more bad ones…

Where have they gone???

A while back, I noticed that the fairy wrens were really active in my garden. I would see them everywhere. They would dance around me and didn't seem too perturbed about my presence or my taking photos. But recently, I have not seen them at all… except maybe from afar (high in the trees). I know that they are around, I can hear them and see them flitting about in the skies, but they have not stopped to say hello in recent weeks.

It is all a bit disappointing….

At the moment, the honey eaters seem to have taken over the garden.

COME BACK fairy wrens… please!
